Behind the Design: Our Kitchen Collaboration in the 2025 BIA Parade of Homes
We’re excited to announce The JAE Company’s partnership with Diyanni Builder Group and the 2025 Columbus BIA Parade of Homes. We are proud to share our collaborative work in the kitchen and baths of their stunning customized “Siena” plan that embodies timeless design, craftsmanship, and livability.
Siena home: 6624 Scioto Bluff Court, Powell, Ohio.
Spotlight: Designer Jeff Blubaugh’s Vision
Working closely with Diyanni’s team, designer Jeff Blubaugh led the kitchen design. His approach: create balanced form and function, as well as timeless design, while honoring the homeowner’s lifestyle and the architectural character of the Siena.
Here are a few highlights of what went into the kitchen:
- Cohesive Materials & Finishes: We selected cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and lighting that harmonize with the home’s overall palette and style.
- Efficient Layout: The kitchen’s work zones (prep, cook, clean, storage) were optimized for flow and ease of use without compromising aesthetics.
- Statement Details: From hardware pulls to accent lighting, each small detail was intentional and layered to elevate the space.
- Durability Meets Style: Because this is a home under daily use, we balanced high-end materials with ones that will hold up over time, giving beauty that lasts.
Jeff’s vision and our team’s execution combined to create a kitchen that’s both striking and practical–a space that feels at home in a Parade of Homes showcase but works for everyday living.
